We ship with GLS and DHL internationally with the options of private delivery and pick up point, depending on your country. The delivery time is 1-3 days, in Denmark and 2-4 days in the rest of Europe. International orders can be up to 7 days depending on the country.
DENMARK SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders above 1500DKK in Denmark. Delivery below this amount will in Denmark cost 50DKK
If you live in Copenhagen we suggest using the pick-up service from our Elmegade store which is always free.
EUROPEAN SHIPPING
In the rest of europe We offer free shipping on orders above 3000DKK
Delivery for orders below this amount will variate from country and the amount is shown at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping with DHL the cost starts from 200DK and will variate from each country the price is shown at checkout.
If the order is very big you might need to be charged more for shipping, we will reach out to the customer with a final delivery price, this is only if the order is very large and need special boxes or multiple boxes.
The customer will be liable to pay any local taxes and duties upon receipt of your parcel. Grocery can not be held responsible for these charges. Grocery do not have the knowledge of the specific countries taxes and therefor we can not inform the customer what the price will be for the specific order in a specific country.
If the customer should refuse to pay the duties and/or taxes, we will cancel the order. The shipping cost and any other costs associated with this cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded.
